Marthinus Gerhardus Boshoff

(LLB-UNISA) Attorney at Law

Marthinus Boshoff's first court appearance as a candidate attorney with Legal Aid South Africa ended in a trial that was finalised with the acquittal of his client in 2008.

Shortly thereafter this Candidate Attorney successfully applied for the return of his client's unlawfully seized possessions and successfully divorced many clients. Since 2011 he has proven as an admitted attorney that he is more than capable of taking over litigation matters and finalising them where previous lawyers have already given up. 

In 2023, he also finalised his first successful legal proceedings against a local government institution. From 2016 Mr Boshoff had already proven competent in a High Court that has one of the most troublesome practice directives in the country. 13 years of active debt collection have enabled him to adapt to the times and to find innovative ways to recover debts in a time when debtors have become increasingly adept at avoiding the long arm of the law.

I graduated from Hoërskool Barberton in 2022. In my free time, I love dancing, singing, and creating content. I am sociable, quick to learn, and friendly by nature.

In 2025, I joined Mr. Boshoff as his secretary and I'm excited to contribute significantly in this position. Every day presented new opportunities to assist Mr. Boshoff and enhance the efficiency of our operations.

I have become more confident in my abilities and more eager to take on new challenges. As I look to the future, I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and the impact I can make in this role.
